Philadelphia Insurance Cos. (NASDAQ: PHLY) introduced its newest product niche, zoos. PHLY’s new Zoo product offers comprehensive coverage for general liability, property, crime, equipment breakdown, liquor liability, abuse & molestation, volunteers and fundraising/special events, auto and umbrella.
Eligible classes include zoos owned by government, private, nonprofit, and self supporting for-profit organizations. The new zoo product includes coverage for aquarium exhibits, amusement rides, small parks and playgrounds, lectures for the public, fundraising events, movie theatres, gift shops, souvenir stands, food stands/ snack bars, restaurants, and more.
