None of this is about anything except money. Someone please tell me how it is not about money. I would enough of these independents belong to NFIB that it will make a difference for them.
It is about money, but if I read the article right at least it’s about money going to the right place. From what I understand the union is suing the board for them to pay the company money – not for the board to pay the union money.
I’m interested in seeing how this one plays out. Boards need to be held accountable, and since they don’t seem to be doing that themselves I applaud shareholder attempts.

It’s ALWAYS about the money and don’t EVER believe a pltf or their counsel if and when they try to say otherwise.
