One year and a $100,000 fine for a fraud costing shareholders well in excess of $500 million.

    I’ve said it before

The standard FBI warning on every movie you watch threatens a 5 year jail sentence and $250,000 fine, for NON COMMERCIAL infringement.

How is non-commercial infringement of a non scarce good a more serious crime than fraud resulting in a half billion dollar financial loss?

They should have been sentenced for a much longer prison term. Make an example of them. Executive who commit fraud should get long prison terms.
