Sounds like BAC is getting advice from Michael Steele.

Now that’s not going to work is it? BofA is being their typical selves. They won’t win this one.

I was ‘downsized’ form a major healthcare company (right after they were sold to another giant healthcare company) about 10 years ago. I got the same language. Nothing new here.

Last 3 insurance agencies (large) have done exactly same thing – back as far as 16 years ago. Unfair, yes. Unusual, no.

May BofA crash & burn. Ken Lewis is a criminal and should be in jail with Bush.

I worked for the institution for 34 years. I can to work one day (Feb 2, 2007) and was told I was through because my job was going to India and I was the highest paid person in the office. I had to sign a waiver saying I would not work for anyother bank for 3 months and if I tried to sue because of my age that my package would be terminated. At the time I was 59 years old. My chances of finding another position in my field in Scranton, Pa was next to nil.

I also worked for the company 38 years, was let go. Did you or have you heard of anyone suing the company for harassment?

Boa is a contradiction unto themselves…Not assisting customers that are seeking payment options…especially those that have been diagnosed with cancer, and other terminal illnesses…This company is devoid of feelings.

For those who are angry at BOA ..you won’t have to wait long for retribution…do not do a thing …this bank is destroying itself with equal measures of fear and greed..it has chosen to use cement as a lubricant and that machine will grind to a stop…just wait
