Clearly the only thing the FL HO customers are happy about is that the prices are much lower than they were two years ago-but that’s just because of the government.

Clearly the only thing the FL HO customers are happy about is that the prices are much lower than they were two years ago-but that’s just because of the government’s ridiculous intervention. Now look at the mess, carriers are failing left and right even without a cat event. If customers only knew the truth, they wouldn’t be happy, even with a price decrease.

I agree customer satisfaction has a key role to play in policy renewal as well as new policy acquisition through recommendation. Outsourcing policy administration function with well defined service level agreements and guaranteed turnaround times can not only improve the quality of customer care but can help significantly reduce cost.

I invite you to read my blog on this topic.
