We dont have one carrier that I would want to insure my home with. Please Charlie Crist do something to get AM best rated carriers of A+ to start writing again in Florida.

Now look at the mess, carriers are failing left and right even without a cat event. If customers only knew the truth, they wouldn’t be happy, even with a price decrease.
I agree customer satisfaction has a key role to play in policy renewal as well as new policy acquisition through recommendation. Outsourcing policy administration function with well defined service level agreements and guaranteed turnaround times can not only improve the quality of customer care but can help significantly reduce cost.
