Hmmmmm…two consenting adults – I’m not sure where the harrassment is coming from. Perhaps when the relationship drops, someone gets angry and cries harrassment?? idk. I think the bigger issue might be conflict of interest instead…any other thoughts?

Yes, it becomes “sexual harrassment” once the party’s over. At least that seems to be the norm. If someone comes forward when it starts, then I support their efforts to report it. Additionally, it’s not really that unusual for a romance to start in the workplace and turn into a long term healthy relationship or marriage.

The article is comparing apples to oranges. David Letterman’s case involves to consenting adults-moral issues asides.
Steve Phillips is clearly a case of harassment in the good old boys club called ESPN.

I agree! I’ve met all my wives at work.
