It also created a $6500 credit for anyone buying a home who has been in theirs for at least 5 years. Obama is going to sign this one. Just an fyi this bill extends the $8000 1st time buyer tax credit to June so long as a hard contract is signed by April. It also created a $6500 credit for anyone buying a home who has been in theirs for at least 5 years.
