Well, the “predictors” were wrong again, even after they reduced their predicted number of named storms mid-term. Of course, now they blam “El Nino”. Interesting, as we’ve not see evidence of El Nino yet. AND, it appears evidence of “man-made” global warming has been deliberately skewed (lied about is probably more truthful). Bottom line: Long term weather predictions are mostly guesswork, but it makes for interesting reading.

There’s an error in this article. Pensacola was hit by Ivan in 2004, not Ike.

In regards to “global warming,” the following applies: “when lies pay better than truth, expect lies.”

Fact: mother nature will send as many tropical storms of whatever force she wishes in any given season. The “forecasters” make a living off playing with weather data. It’s all mental masturbation. We already have an effective early warning system. Until and unless these geniuses can prevent or mitigate them, they should just shut up and take what comes.

Well the global warming is actually causing global cooling… umm.. I mean we really don’t have the equipment to measure this stuff… but I’m sure that man has caused the global warming (cooling)… well there was that polar bear floating on that piece of ice…

That polar bear was Al Gore atop a plastic raft in his large heated swimming pool sucking on sodas. You are correct it is all hype to make money, Al Gore and his cronies selling books, DVD’s, etc, as well as the state media press selling stories and accompanying ads, all the while proping up their hopeful Messiah. Hey even insurance companies get into the game.

Oh, but next year is going to be a bad year for Hurricanes! I guess they will eventually be right if they predict bad storms each year…
