    Maybe it is just me but this is a captain obvious situation. They really needed to do a study to find that agents are more likely to place business with a carrier if they are satisfied with said carrier… Really? No kidding?

    Right, so I feel like they should look into things and make sure that this is what the company wants and try to make the best decisions not for themselves,but for the customers. Wouldn’t that be a great world to live in?

    … wouldn’t this mean that DIRECT WRITERS who only represent ONE carrier are the happiest of all? I think there are Farmers, State Farm, Allstate, and Nationwide agents who would beg to differ…

    Holy cow! Who wuda thunk it?!

    Captive agents better darn well be satisfied with the business they write for thier company otherwise they should consider another business plan. I certainly wouldn’t sell a product I didn’t feel confident with.
