Not sure how Andre Urena was tied to Fiesta Insurance Franchise Corp. He is not a franchise owner or involved in any capacity. We have enjoyed a positive relationship in the insurance industry with Andre and his leadership of the LAAA.

AZInsMan, would you like to identify yourself? Or continue to hide your identity?

To see any organization, in any industry growing or even trying to grow in today’s market is commendable. Congrats John!

Nothing like having another non-standard auto insurance Agency who caters to the Hispanic market. They are just giving justification to the people who are not here legally the ability to drive with insurance. Granted I want them to have insurance but if companies keep doing this it is just saying it is o.k. for them to do what they want. Hopefully this company will pay claims unlike some of the non-standard companies who take payments but don’t pay claims in Texas.

Uh TB2513.. You show really do your research before you speak. Fiesta Ins is not a insurance comp. They are the middle man. They actually have non-standard and A+ rated companies. You sound beligerant with the rest of your post, so I won’t comment on that part. That being said, companies like fiesta ins make me sick. All they do is sit around all day jerking clients around with their piece of crap coverages just so the client can pay 20.00 and say they got a good deal. Then their clients are involved in an accident and they realize that their ins policy is not going to pay out anything because the guy who sold the policy in the first play did such a shity job….makes my job that much mor difficult.

Mike – you said – “Uh TB2513.. You should really do your research before you speak. Fiesta Ins is not a insurance comp. They are the middle man.” I stated they were an Agency. An Agency sells for Insurance companies. So, I was correct in my statement. I agree with you, they do screw people over and that is what makes me sick. This is a market I got out of because I felt very guilty charging fees and being the “bad” guy in telling them the claim was not covered because of a non-listed driver. There are too many companies and Agencies who are taking advantage of the person with no license or an International license and making them pay for coverage which will never take care of their needs. I am sick of seeing these people causing my clients to have to use their Un/Under insured coverage in these situations. I am in Texas I see this all of the time and it is just wrong. If they can’t drive then they should not be able to do so. People need to stop thinking of driving as a right but see it for what it is – a privledge. A privledge you must earn by having a license and insurance. So I hope this clears it up for you.

How long has this agency been in business? I sure hope they are not the same people who own Survival Insurance! I agree that these types of agency are only interested in making money, not insuring people properly, however, there are a lot of people out there who just need to satisfy the law and can’t afford much more…The thing that a lot of people don’t realize is after all the extra fees they pay, they really are spending about the same as they would at an A+ rated company.
