Survey: Agents Seek More Real Time Options from Carriers

    What a shock! A group conducting a survey called “Real Time/Download Campaign” finds that agents want…wait for it…more “real time” activities. Now, that is truly just shocking! And a person who is a sponsor of the program reports, lo and behold, people want their product. Wow…that is newsworthy. It shocks me that only 60% of people is all they got.

    Guess what…the tobacco industry did a survey and more people want to smoke.

    Give me a break.

    If you take a deeper look Rambler, the group – an industry-wide working group, is an advocate for the use of the technology that is already inherent in the management systems most agencies use. They are not selling a product. In the days of tighter revenues and profits it is exactly this kind of functionality that will allow agencies to continue to better serve their clients with the systems they have in place.
