Judge Rejects Fraud Charge, Says Rating Agencies Not Underwriters

    It’s amazing what a judge will throw out and what they will allow to go to trial. To me this seems relevant and I would like to see what a trial would determine.

    Baxter…dont’ be surprised. This is the new norm with this administration. God forbid any government agencies admit any wrongdoing or fault. We can’t have that.

    Just goes to show you that the government doesn’t bite the hand that feeds them…..or in this case, they don’t go after their own. I’m willing to bet at least some of these regulators were ex Goldman scum looking out for their buddies.
