Towerstone, Inc., a wholesale insurance broker and managing general agency, has launched Towerstone National Energy Program, a new insurance program for the energy sector. The program is exclusive to Towerstone through the insurance carrier Hallmark Specialty Insurance Company.
The Towerstone National Energy Program provides general liability, excess liability, hired and non-owned auto for oil and gas lease operators, non-operators and contractors. The program includes coverage for underground resources and equipment, blanket additional insured/primary and non contributory, blanket waiver of subrogation, and sudden and accidental, time element pollution, which includes voluntary first party cleanup.
Towerstone’s energy specialists contributed to the writing of coverage forms in order to obtain broader coverage and superior pollution policy wordings compared to most markets outside of the exclusive program offering.
The program offers minimum premiums as low as $2,000. The program is administered in-house at Towerstone, which enables rapid and efficient quoting and policy placement.
