welcome to America. a law, a very simple law should be passed that says .. If you take money from BP and it is later determined your claim was bogus you will do 2 years in jail. Its a one sentence law, easy to read, easier to understand and easy to enforce. no plea bargains, no fines, no games, just 2 years in jail.

But what about the money that was already paid to them? Shouldn’t they have to pay that back? If so, to who? If the payout is big enough, they could take the money and flee to country.

The wolves in the White House are in charge of the chicken coop! BP will serve them well in getting votes.

The most corrupt city in the most corrupt state in the U.S. Remember all the federal money that was allocated to re-build the dikes and burms that was spent elsewhere prior to Katrina ? Remember all the credit cards issued after Katrina spent in bars, massage parlors, etc ?

Any piece of human garbage that tries to STEAL money earmarked for those with legitimate losses should have their name, address, and picture on displayed on national television, and serve at least a year in an outdoor prison in the bayou’s of LA.

At the risk of being labeled a sexist, it appears some females out there would rather take a position of complacency and “make nice”. Anyone who participates in making fraudulent claims makes the entire country look bad. You can’t always look the other way; that’s what got us to this point. Nobody is responsible or acountable for anything. There’s nothing bad about sounding off on an issue. People should be angry. At least they are willing to express it. You may not agree with the positions taken, but at least keep your remarks to yourself.

Too bad these scum bags have to crawl out and make it difficult for the people who really suffer! This is a way of life for some of these people! They are all around us and come from all over! They thrive on disasters!
