We dont grow,we churn. We take Allstate’s customers for a few years, then they take them back. The pool of eligible persons using an agent has actually shrunk. Most prefer the internet or direct carrier, like GEICO.
yeah, but when exciting geico raises their rates (like now), they lose any value they had for that customer whO left a Real carrier, like Allstate, State Farm or Nationwide
Not sure what your definition is of a “real carrier”. Talk to most body shop owners and they will tell you they would much rather deal with Travelers instead of Allstate. Allstate is to the insurance industry like Walmart is to the retail industry.
I believe that every service creates an opportunity to sell
