b of a is a fraud and will go down for the way it has treated it’s customers and employees. I have a customer who was a premier banker with them and they let her go when took over merril lynch and told her it was part of the merger deal. She had worked for them for over 10 years. I had my accounts with them for 13 years and they hid the real reasons and lied to me repeatedly about numerous fees charged to my business account and led me to believe it was my own mismangagment. Turns out facts are that they ding a business account anytime the balance goes below zero during the course of a business day and don’t even wait until the end of the business day for the daily deposit to come in so it would not be negative. Talk about taking advantage of someone. I had to find out about their procedures from a teller at a competitor bank. They are truely a fraud company and one of the only remaining banks who refuse to change their policy on the way they charge fees on customer accounts while all other major banks have. Hmmmmm, I wonder why. Sounds like they know how to spell R-E-V-E-N-U-E !! They will learn how to spell CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT real well by the time they are done, which I hope is soon. Good riddance B of A.
