Please contact me for advice regarding my mortgage company and the contiual ‘denial’ of my requests for modification, loan principal reduction because, as they are told “our investors don’t participate in XYZ or ABC program.” It’s odd; they advertise about their loan program ‘to save your home from foreclosure’, tell youi which option to select on their ‘canned’ voice recording while you wait for someone to answer. I pressed the option, was interviewed, qualified, was told the amount of my new mortgage and the interest rate would be lowered to 3%!!!! I knew I could make it then. Well, Richard came back on the line and told me ‘the investors aren’t participating in the program! They advertise, ask you to give your information to see if you qualify just to drop a bomb on your head???!!! Somebody please help. Single Mature person, Wisconsin.
