Did anyone see “Tort Reform” in this 2,700 page monstrocity? Obama and his trial lawyer buddies made sure that wasn’t in there. Who are they going to sue if the system implodes into the single payor government bureaucracy after thousands of doctors leave the practice of medicine? Government doctors aren’t going to make much money so they won’t have the deep pockets to go after. Medical Malpractice insurers have no way to judge what is going to happen to this market.
