    This is just another cheap trick to make money since municipalities can’t operate withing their budgets. You don’t throw more money down the hole; you find out why you’re spending more than you take in and make adjustments.

    I am shocked that young adults 18-24 would have a completely different opinion than the rest of us!! ;-)

    Wow. We don’t want to pay for something. I’m stunned. Next thing you know, a survey will come out that says we would prefer that our groceries be free.
