Good luck on winning against Walmart. They have the attorneys on retainder and will not knuckle under like many insurance companies have done on the class actions. After the last attorneys lost their 7 million investment in time and effort, attorneys taking up this case will have to think long and hard about whether it is worth it.
Class action lawsuits are a joke. These attorneys had no honest intention of sharing any potential monetary award with most of the participating plaintiffs. That’s pretty evident by the fact that they have no current contact info for so many of these women.
