I hope the change in leadership will result in better agent-company relations. Lexington’s reputation has, in recent years, been adversarial at best. Agent’s would use them as a last resort, as opposed to creating a mutually beneficial partnership. Today, Lexington should be a far larger player than it is and a more profitable company, as the products it has developed are needed and desireable; but Lexington’s attitude toward their agents has squandered greater opportunities. Lexington’s products deserve better leadership that would value a closer relationship with their salesforce.
