So I’m guessing the 100k warranty on my 2008 Suburban is not going to do much good for me….

What good is the guarantee of any NEW GM car? All they need to do is reorganize and ignore the warranty.

Hmmmm, maybe that means more $$$ for the Union Shareholders…

Occurance or claims made is the question. Tail or no tail is the answer. Self insured should have bonds in place.

No wonder the forign market controls the auto industry. How sad that an american icon hides behind the court system when my tax dollars kept them in business.

Since the government made the representation that they would stand behind the GM products, perhaps the lawsuits need to be against the US and Canadian governments as well as the UAW and CAW.

Swell. I just bought a 2008 Chevrolet. At least the issue is tire wear, and not some major loss of life event.
