The question is, where will the $30 Billion go. Will the money end up in Obama’s re-election coffers or actually go to pay claims of damaged parties? There certainly is room for corruption on this type of money.
Like all man made disasters, it was a series of mistakes because of incompetence of all involved, especially some of the men who died.
