Will the gov’t now disband the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement since they issued the sanctions? I mean, what good is continuing it if they are not proactive in preventing these accidents? (I know it was newly formed, but it existed before and just got a new name). Either get proactive and agressive, or just appoint a committee when accidents happen. Waste of taxpayer money.
