Funny how everything Dick Cheney touches is criminal in outcome, thought, word and deed. Whether that be giving false evidence leading up to war, outing CIA agents,leading the repeal of clean water legislation for his dirty Hailliburton fracking, firing of federal attorneys for not doing his political dirty tricks for him,enabling torture by America or jusr spewing his hate-filled nonsense, this man has been pure evil since the dark days of Nixon.
Not specifically disputing what you’re saying, but to me this reads as “BP is suing every partner they had in this well.” Transocean, the Japanese companies, Halliburton, etc, etc. I’d say it’s more BP throwing wet spaghetti at the wall in an attempt to reduce their liability than the evil-ness of Halliburton.
