Thank goodness there isn’t a shortage of talent in the US insurance industry. Otherwise we’d all be bombarded with recruiters looking to pay more money, with better prospects for advancement and recognition etc. And who needs all that bother? Just let us alone, working in our pubicles like mushrooms.
