Dailey is also the gentleman who is in charge of moving Farmers Insurance from a good multi-lines carrier to a substandard auto company with over priced home, life and commercial lines. He is also in the process of removing all of the old agents who helped build the company and replacing them with order takers. It will be interesting to see what kind of company they will be in the future.
Mr. Daily has a BIG job ahead of his as Farmer’s is a terrible company to deal with. We are customers of Farmer’s home insurance and their customer resolution, satisfaction, etc. was listed as the worse among insurance companies and as customers, we can verify this is VERY true. If you want to have a good insurance company to represent you, do not use Farmer’s. Our only saving grace, our insurance agent, D. Bacon, who has fought to get our needs met. I have to honestly say, this is about the only person I’ve thus far that has treated us well, worked to help us solve problems, and tried to help us work this maize Farmer’s has set up with our their “restrictions” they only make you aware of AFTER signing up and having to resolve a claim. There is a reason men, like Mr. Daily do not publish their email, they don’t want to know the problems and they don’t want to solve them.
