I haven’t read the case, but seriously.

If the government is not allowed to do something, why should it be able to use a private company (which is heavily regulated by the government, and so arms don’t need to be twisted very much) to do the same thing?

    Yanti,

The answer to your question is very simple: because they (the government) have guns, many of them, and they are a group that uses violence to get what it wants. Any questions?

We were told that after 9/11 that the American People would have to give up some freedom in order to have more security. We have been trying to identify Terrorist cells in this country and monitoring groups who would do us harm. There are many of them since these radical Muslims want to kill us. The danger is that we give the Federal Government too much power, they will be Big Brother and control every aspect of our lives.

Remember Senator McCarthy? Watergate? I am not willing to give up my freedoms in the name of fear. The government is to be limited and that is what is great about this country. Terrorists win when we captitulate on that.
