    We’ve been using Hanover for about 15 years now but over the last 2 they’re service has continued to deteriorate. I like their products, but communication has been very poor. We haven’t had a territory sales rep for almost a year, it’s next to impossible to get a hold of underwriting, the wait to get a customer service rep is way too long, we do a lot of commercial business in NYC and although they pressured us for more commerical business they constantly refuse the risks we send them, and the recent roll out of their new agent site/portal has been awful. There was no communication (at least to us) that a new portal was coming and although the layout has been much nicer than the previous version, I am constantly running into bugs and mistakes in the program. Bottom line, we’re not a huge agent for them so maybe they’re just ignoring us, but if that’s the case then they have even larger issues. Unless this turns around soon, we are seriously considering getting rid of them and moving their book to other companies.
