Liberalism is spreading into every part of our lives and destroying everything in its path.

Now the NFL is evil like Big Tobacco?

This country is on its way down, unless a cure for liberalism is found.

To blame “liberalism” for the failings of the court system to keep these claims in check is just wrong, and a typical kneejerk reaction of a Faux News watcher. A truly liberal country would say: no problem, we will pay for your care, but you don’t get a windfall because you wanted to be a sports star. Then they would tax the NFL and spread the money around to care providers and administrators with a little left over to wipe the drool from the former athletes’ chins.

These spoiled idiots knew from grad school on the risks. No one forced them to play football. Now that they have squandered there millions, they want the league to support them for life. BBBBSSSS.

Whether the athletes should have known better or the NFL should have protected more is a debate that will go on forever. What is pertinent now is getting the former NFL and other athletes the medical treatment that they need. MindGenesis is our Neurological Imaging Clinic that is dedicated to diagnosing various dementias. We have scanned several NFL athletes and have detected MCI (mild cognitive impairment). Some worst than others. Key is that we can detect the type of dementia and can prescribe treatment prior to symptoms worsening. It is important for all athletes to learn more about their current condition – Qualitative and Quantitative. MG is 95% accurate in identifying the sector of the brain that is experiencing issues.

dman said it will be difficult to show a direct link between the hits players took in NFL games and the injuries that hamper them now.

The smoking gun is Elliot Pellman who ran the fraudulent NFL research campaign, this group deliberately did studies that minimized the effects of concussion, stating, it was ok to return to a game after being Ko’d. One study, which was widely panned stated, boxing concussions were different from football concussion. Minimizing the effects of chin blows and the connection to those boxers who develop a “Glass Jaw”, the only known diagnosable connection to concussion susceptibility. Since the U.S Army has pinpointed chin strap forces as the culprit, concidentally the NFL was developing helmet, who’s main anchoring system was the chin. Yet the NFL has failed to explore a history of use with the N.E. Patriots and an oral appliance designed to counteract just these types of forces. One Harvard expert states, the Patriots have the lowest concussion rate annually because of its use, this dates back to 1980. Yet the league did nothing to investigate this anomaly in the keeping of statistics and care of there players. Why would they, it would have slowed helmet sales. Nobody knew much about this conspiracy, the effects of concussion and who would be hurt by this in the long run. The cat is out of bag. http://www.mahercor has more info and articles.

One of the top brain injury lawyers pointed out to us at Concussion Litigation Reporter over the weekend that these are mass tort lawyers bringing these NFL suits, not brain injury lawyers, who wouldn’t touch these cases with a 10-foot pole.

You would think that brain damage from repeated concussions is intuitively obvious. Continue to have emergency medical providers at all sporting events, including practice. Educate the public, especially the players, as to the risk they are assuming. However, when research is quashed in the hope of monetary gain, then we can only hope that the punishment will fit the crime.
