The Senate already passed a bill to extend all tax cuts except for the highest tax bracket. The House should take up and pass the Senate version.

If you can explain to me why the tax rates for people making over $250,000 should increase then maybe I would consider it; however, the argument cannot include “pay the fair share.” Pay the fair share is garbage when 50% of the population pays nothing.

I agree with Clay just cut out all the games and work with the house bill already passed. The Senate should follow the original lead of the house. The last eight years before Obama was elected proves that the 1% will not provide new jobs with tax breaks. They will just stockpile the money and forget about what the break was supposed to do in the first place. Time to try something else.

Ol’ Barry Obama himself publically admitted that a tax hike for high earners would make no measurable difference to the national economy-the tax hike is symbolic and reminds the wealthy that their achievements were unfair and they don’t seserve to be rewarded for their hard work. Let’s end all socialist plans and return to systems that work.
