    Hmm… they missed a tip. Keep a grease-fire rated fire extinguisher in the kitchen and keep it charged/serviced yearly.

    Since we are approaching Thanksgiving it might also be worth noting that putting a frozen bird in a deep fryer is a terrible idea. This also applies to anyone that thinks it might be hilarious to toss an ice cube into a hot pot of grease (hint: it isn’t).
