This is confusing. I thought Mr. Feinberg was the “Claims Czar” and the DWHCC Administrator was appointed by the court? In any event, BP’s aggressiveness shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. They are simply continuing to Defend themselves against Bad People who, in spite of their and our Government’s investigators highly publicized imprisonment of claimants for wire and mail fraud, are continuing to make False Claims against BP’s overly generous
“disaster relief fund.” More Federal Indicments, arrests, and imprissonments seems envitable. Guess we are in for another round of releasing hardend criminals so these Bad People can be fairly punished and incarcerated. Perhaps it’s a good thing BP didn’t commit any “serious” crimes that would cause them to fill our prisons. This should really get interesting as time goes on.

I wonder how the former mayor of the Chocolate City figures into this. He has already been indicted on corruption charges going back to Katrina claims.
