    hi i file a claim on Monday the 7th and i was told some one will gig me a call i did, on tueday, however i did return phone cal and keep calling her with in 2 -3 days she has never answer the phone her name is Laura Curtis adjustor, after unsuccessful attempts no answer. i called like 15 times and she never offer to set up an appointment to take care of the claim. she kept avoiding me till i asked to speak to her supervisor which never took ownership on her falls. so i ask her for her Manage named Jay Anderson and he stated he will switch me with a different adjustor to spect a call in the morning for sure, i waited all morning i issued a appointment from my hiv doctor to wait for the all never called, till 220pm mr. Darin Rojo called and immediately stated he was from the claims investigator and that he needed to set an appointment next week on monday and that he needed a copy of the full police report, which every time if i have an accident or brake in- they request a police report which i have provided with all receipts and report and still he stated that i needed to go to the police back and ask for the police report and it will take 4-6 days. first i never have to do that ever a lll i have to do is give them the police report and the phone number…my wife and i been with Liberty Mutual for several years we have 3 cars and 2 houses a and mr. Jay Anderson refer m to a investigator in claims Darin Rojo since the beginning was giving my wife and i a huge attitude and that, i was wasting his time, and make me feel lie he was a god. i know that mR. Jay Anderson and his work ethics and we feel like he tried to retaliate because the 1st adjuster never tried to set an appointment in order to avoid several phone calls more like 15 phone calls because she never answer her phone. my claim number is 03031565 daniel and joyce barragan at 2310 village way ,signal hill ca, 90755 and 868 florence ave in bullhead az 86429…..please help…. they are making us feel lees than animas that don’t understand the process…..i have provided faxes , emails with all requested documents and since i complain mr. Jay refer me to Darin Rojo as a retaliation….. i have the recording if you like to heard it, so you know .he just called and when he 1st called he set up the appointment at 10 am on next monday the 7th and i wrote the date on the calendar and now hesitates he did not set up any dates.     please help…..he is a lier and a bully and so not appreciate Jay referring me to this kind of bullys..

    When I added my boat to my home ins.I was not told that if I ever had a claim my home ins.would double.Now it is so expensive I cannot afford it.Be warned ,do not add anything to your home ins.
