I’m not a lawyer, but do you have to be “personally involved” for the death of 31 people to be held accountable? What were they paid millions of dollars for?

I sm lawyer/insurance expert, and may be yes and maybe no is your answer. In any event, the people who will benefit the most from whatever insurance this “compounding center” may have, after its insurance carrier denies responsibility and then drags out the claims and litigation for years, and Mr. Moore, the Collora law firm, and the plus or minus 50 others lawyers who jump into the pool for whatever fees and expenses they can get. Very last in line (if there’s anything left over) are the victims of this mess.

The lawyers will take it all, with pennies for the creditors/banks and nothing for the victims. The judges are lawyers and always approve high fees and scores of lawyers to represent everyone.

“Lawyers for NECC’s owners have said there is no evidence that any of them directly participated in the events that led to the deadly U.S. meningitis outbreak.” But yet they made $20+ million last year from no direct participation. So give back the money from last year and the year before and the year before and the year before, etc… to the trust of the victims. After there’s a billion dollars in the trust, get rid of the lawyers and distribute the money to the victims. That way there’ll be plenty of money and no more trial. Well not for the victims. Maybe a criminal trial for the chief pharmacist.
