Put in this gift for the grain producers, that favor for the oilseed farmers, a deal for the peanut guys, and on and on and on. Throw in some regulations to make the environmentalists feel good about themselves for once again saving the planet (and to provide employment security for a few hundred more tax-feeding pencil-pushers), and then stick taxpayers with higher food prices and a bill for fake “insurance.” What a scam this is.
Don’t believe for one second that the huckstering buffoons in DC are going to cut one dime. The “cuts” they talk about are always cuts in the rate of increase. They are liars and thieves, and it takes a special kind of sucker to believe that they will ever cut anything.
