$1 billion out of an annual deficit of $1.2 trillion. That’s a whopping 0.08% or less than one tenth of one percent of our annual deficit. What a great start. I’m surely impressed.

How about cutting the Food Stamp Program by 25%? That program is just full of fraud and abuse. The Agriculture Dept is among the most wasteful of all the departments in this government. Cut it in half and we would never miss it.

        Agent,

If they do that, the poor will have to make a choice, pay more for food or keep their iphone5. That’s not fair to put them in that position.

A $1.2 trillion annual deficit? Honestly, Dave. The more you comment the stupider you look. We have a $1.2 trillion debt. And it was not incurred in one year. Can you read a book or two, please? Or would that interrupt your regurgitation of right-wing propaganda (aka BS)?

Imagine the added bureaucratic costs for enforcing the requirement to practice soil and water conservation to qualify for subsidized insurance.
