    Really?? “the athletes accuse the league of negligence and failing to inform them of the link between repeated traumatic head impacts and long-term brain injuries.” They had no clue that repeated head trauma could result in brain injury? Guess the players were not hired for their ability to think logically. Even so, I’m glad to see the courts turn this over to arbitration. Hopefully they can reach a settlement that is fair to all parties.

    I agree. But many of these athletes are not too bright which is evident by their high number of bankruptcies, serious legal problems, and lack of communication skills. They probably have a “built-in” justification for their lack of ignorance in this case.

    This just opens the flood gates for all sports on every level in every sports. No wonder ticket prices are on the move.
