    So, the government doesn’t like paying these high fees, so they banned these high “fees”. Geez, wish I could ban the price of milk.

    The regulators love to ignore the fact that insurance is forced placed when the mortgagor fails to continue to protect the collateral through the voluntary purchase of insurance as required by the mortgage contract. Personal responsibility is no longer respected or expected.

    Let’s force a company to insure a home sight unseen for a low premium thats probably been pooly maitained and claim ready. I bet there are companies just lining up to write this business for a loss. I predict failure and another pass the buck to the tax payer.
