Hank is 88. I do not know anything about lawsuits. If he dies, then is this over? If so, at the age of 88, his lifespan is pretty short. Does this just become a waste of taxpayer money to continue to pursue? I’d bet Greenberg will find another way to delay, it’s been going on 9 years already.
Tx, wasn’t Greenberg still in charge of AIG when they got caught bid Rigging with Marsh Mc back in the day? As I recall, no one was sent to jail on that illegal activity.
Actually Agent there were some AIG folks convicted and sent to jail. However it was for the sham reinsurance deal they put together with General Re, not the bid rigging. Those convictions were overturned and the culprits were released from prison. AIG is on top of so many criminal acts one needs to have a scorecard to keep track. My sense is somebody should have probably sent up the river for the credit default swap mess that cost you and me $182 billion in government bailout funds. Makes one wonder just what AIG is doing at this very moment to screw us over.
Bye, bye Hank.
Poor Hank. He keeps suing and keeps losing. His attorneys have gotten very wealthy on their retainders.

Frankly, in my humble opinion it doesn’t matter if he’s 88 or 28; his arrogance and bully tactics continue to backfire on the man.
If he wants to continue spending his own money and make a fool of himself, so be it.
Hank Greenberg is slime. He is purely in it for Hank Greengerg no matter what the consequences.
