It’s a pretty easy fix. For women, stay away from Fraternity Row and you won’t be looking for your panties the next morning. For guys, you go to a doctor for prostate exam, not some preppy kid calling you ‘Brah” wearing a polo shirt and a hat to the side.

Hang around with weightlifters. They make great body guards.

This isn’t Playboy Forum! Keep your “funny” remarks out of a trade or professional journal ! There is nothing humorous about this subject ! “It is concerning that as many as 31 percent of schools may not have been complying with the mandatory education requirement,”. The problem is not girls or women being where they shouldn’t be, or doing what they shouldn’t do! The problem is men or boys who are unable to control their predator instinct and prey on others. They have gotten away with it for too long and these colleges and universities need to do their part and discontinue their “look the other way” mentality.

You’re right it’s not funny. That’s why I said what I said. This is where the problem is. These are the people that become politicians and “leaders of business” that create the boys will be boys atmosphere. You failed to mention and are insensitive towards the young men that get sodomized by these frat boys as well.
