I think it is a great testament to Executives in companies reviewing a survey regarding flexibility in the workplace. I am in the over 40 age group (Baby Boomer) and I wish that we had had that opportunity…unfortunately, during that time technology was just taking off and it was absorb as much information as possible, or be lost. Flexibility or Work Life Balance is important not only to obtain and retain talented employees, it helps with attitude in the workplace.
