    Actually, the lawsuit is NOT about guardrail safety or product liability. It was brought by a disgruntled former company owner who was caught making and selling counterfeit ET-Plus guardrails. Trinity sued Harman and won on a patent infringement lawsuit. Now Harman is going to the press to try and save face.

      So how do you explain the Federal Judge’s decision? Is he a disgruntled former company owner too?

    The Federal Judge agrees with Harman. Maybe Trinity disgruntled the wrong company owner?
