    Offering a wellness program is awesome. Penalizing those who do not jump on the bandwagon is abominable. I don’t need my employer to screen my cholesterol, blood pressure, weight or anything else. My doctor does that just fine. If I choose to keep such personal data private, my paycheck should not be reduced.
