Another batch of lies from big government.

US companies buy these goods for pennies on the dollar, import them, and sell them at prevailing US prices. Bottom line is no savings for consumers. But companies make windfall profits, because of no investment, no labor, no liability, and cheap made products. In other words, this article and rationale is BS!!!!!!

We used to make things in this country before politicians started oppressively taxing and regulating companies to death and killing jobs. Now, we import most manufactured goods from China with lead paint on toys and defects to almost everything else.

Yeah, if only we had some kind of Government agency designed to regulate the lead content of the toys that we import, or maybe set limits on the kinds of externalities businesses are allowed to impose on the public at large?!

Kidding thats big government! We should focus on keeping the govt off our backs and fixing the real problems, like banning marijuana and enforcing texting-while-driving laws.

lol Agent you are such a dumbass.

When was the last time there was a problem with lead paint from China? As far as I can tell it was 8 years ago in 2007. Has there been any documented lead-paint-from-China issues since then??

This like other ‘free trade’ agreements in the past increase profits for big business (and executive bonuses) while undermining the American worker. Politicians listen to the money not the American public.

Since when has Obama favored a bi-partisan solution to anything? It is his way or the highway. How many jobs and how much money has been moved offshore because of his oppressive taxation and regulation? His trust index is next to nil as is Hillary’s.

Hey Always, did you see the latest dufus thing from Kerry & Obama? They want to give $50 billion of what they don’t have to Iran to bribe them not to do their nukes. Perhaps they can convince Bill Gates or Warren Buffet to cut them a check because Congress will never fund it.

And now Obama wants to give “reparations” to black people across the country.

        I assume for…taking welfare handouts???
