I lost my leg (among other injuries) in an accident and my life has forever been changed. I will be watching and waiting. In my opinion and after attending the trial last October in Texas, I have seen first hand how the relationship between the two (trinity and fhwa) are way to close.

that’s truly awful Dianna, I’m so sorry this happened to you and all the other innocent victims in the name of corporate greed….I’ve been following this story for a long time now and just want to send out a big thanks to Joshua Harman for doggedly pursuing this whistleblower lawsuit against Trinity against constant obstacles

    Dianna,
Sorry to hear about your troubles.

If I recall, isn’t Harman the guy that designed the system in-use prior to the ET-Plus used by Trinity, and wasn’t there a patent lawsuit lost, or still in progress. Or, at least, crumpled ego, when the gov’t switched to the new system?

It may not be him, I don’t remember his name, but there is a guy.
