I guess the “thinkers” must be right… however, I have a relative who drives a limo thousands of miles a year, and has never had an accident. Yet my mother, who basically drives within a 5 mile radius of her home, manages to have a small “fender bender” at least once every year! Go figure!

I guess it isn’t enough to have Snapshot to track drivers. We have way too much Big Brother in our society now.
