Can someone tell me how a drone can help someone who is choking? Did Google create a drone that can perform the Heimlich manuever?

Can it be used to resuscitate a drowning victim? If so, how?

The drone can be positioned to perform a tracheotomy, Game of Thrones style.

This basically means that true Emergency Medical Service providers can’t use UAVs for this purpose without paying a nice license fee to Google.

I will take the aid of emergency workers in an ambulance anytime over a drone put forth by Google.
