How totally annoying. At first it smelled a bit like an “enticement or rebate”, but this may be even worse. They’ll sell your contact information at the very least. Won’t need hackers any more, all of our information will be out there for every creepy solicitation on the planet. This helps the consumer how? Maybe they should just stick to insurance…..
This promotion fits in nicely with the low information entitlement crowd wanting something for nothing. These people might not like it when they start getting 100 emails a day with every goofy offer under the sun.
Did they stop sending checks to their safe drivers for $5 every six months? Maybe the postage and cost of issuing checks got a bit much for them.
