That’s what you get when you make an agreement with a separate country. No different than moving into a home owners association and then you want to put something on your roof like an antenna or solar. Just don’t do it and then things will change. But as long as people continue to sign agreements like this and then try to get out of them later, they shouldn’t win. These big boys should have read the contract. It wasn’t like Dollar General doesn’t have a lot of money and a lot of lawyers on staff.

If Muslims have their way, this country would be under Sharia Law and it would be fine if a father honor killed his daughter for dating an infidel.

“The federal government’s truly shameful treatment of Native Americans is a tradition that deserves to be repudiated, not perpetuated.”
Native Americans were Nations we went to war with. Ask the Ottomans where their sovereign territory is.
Considering the accepted customs and traditions of the time, the Native Americans were treated better then anyone should have accepted.
Just ask the Sioux if they gave a sovereign territory to the Crow after they defeated them in war and drove them from their lands.

Ask the 5 Civilized tribes how they have fared in the past 100 years. They are making money hand over fist with their Casinos on Indian land.
